Robert Kiyosaki
Robert Kiyosaki, born April 8, 1947 is best known as the author of Rich Dad Poor Dad which has challenged and changed the way tens of millions of people around the world think about money. Robert has been featured on shows such as Larry King Live, Oprah, The Doctors, Bloomberg International Television and CNN.
With perspectives on money and investing that often contradict conventional wisdom, Robert has earned a reputation for straight talk, irreverence and courage. His point of view that 'old' advice - get a good job, save money, get out of debt, invest for the long term, and diversify - is 'bad' (both obsolete and flawed) advice, challenges the status quo. His assertion that ""your house is not an asset"" has stirred controversy but has been proven to be accurate in our economy's current financial crisis.
In 2006 Robert teamed up with Donald Trump to co-author Why We Want You To Be Rich - Two Men - One Message. It debuted at #1 on The New York Times bestsellers list.
Robert writes a column - ""Why the Rich Are Getting Richer"" - for Yahoo! Finance. He was also featured in TIME Magazine's popular ""10 Questions"" column where Robert answers questions ranging from investing with few resources to the impact of education on one's financial success.

Sabemos la respuesta: no mucho. En su mayoría, las enseñanzas que nos imparten son obsoletas y no funcionan. Nos enseñaron, por ejemplo, a ahorrar dinero. Pero ¿para qué ahorrar dinero si los gobiernos están imprimiendo millones de dólares falsos?
Tras graduarme de la escuela militar volé para los marines de Estados Unidos en la guerra de Vietnam. He luchado contra el comunismo la mayor parte de mi vida. I wrote Rich Dad Poor Dad?and all the books in the Rich Dad series?in response to the question What did school teach us about money? We all know the answer: not much. In fact, so much of what school does teach us is outdated, obsolete, and just doesnt work. For example, were taught to save money. Why save money when governments are printing trillions in fake money?
I graduated from military school and flew for the U.S. Marines in Vietnam. I have been fighting Communism for much of my life. As Nikita Khrushchev warned, we are seeing principles from Marxs Communist Manifesto taught in our schools today. The problem is that, without real financial education, teachers like my poor dad are not aware they are teaching Marxist ideas.
In 1997 I wrote Rich Dad Poor Dad and in 2021... Capitalist Manifesto. I write so we can fight the communist ideals taught in our schools by teaching capitalism...in our homes. ~ Robert Kiyosaki
