Ik denk dat dit de nieuwe verkooptruc online geworden is. Mensen hebben vaak geen tijd of zin om iets te retourneren; wat een gedoe ook altijd! En dus sturen ze maar minderwaardige producten naar je op aan de volledige prijs!! In de losse kaft een kreuk, in de harde kaft schade en in het midden van het boek een giga kreuk in de bladzijde. Leuk om dit zo als kerstkado af te moeten geven: NOT!
