LS! Als ik tien boeken zou mogen meenemen naar een onbewoond eiland, dan staat deze zeker op mijn lijstje. Maar het is vooral nuttig voor wie midden in de samenleving staat. Het is academisch niveau en bijzonder helder geschreven. In zekere zin is het een inleiding om beter te leren communiceren. Over de behandelde onderwerpen zoals onderhandelen, non-verbale communicatie, groepen, luisteren, uitleggen etc zijn ook apart uitgebreidere boeken geschreven. Toch raad ik deze tekst aan iedereen aan die meer succes in het leven wil hebben. VRGR
